Completion: November. Titles issue: December 2019

We are pleased to announce another major milestone has been reached this month with the commencement of civil construction works at Highgrove.

Construction commenced imageTo ensure Highgrove continues to be developed in an environmentally sensitive and sustainable manner we continually consult with the City of Gosnells and fine-tune our vision for the estate and maximise its biggest asset – the adjacent wetlands.

To this end, a recent survey of the wetlands identified additional opportunities to retain some more of the existing mature trees as well as removal of invasive non-native plant species.

A major feature of the development is the transfer of ownership of the wetlands to the City of Gosnells. The ongoing improvements to the ecological health of this unique and valued environmental asset will be of great benefit not only for the new residents but for the local community as a whole.
