Highgrove is a hive of activity, with civil construction works continuing as programmed. We are on schedule for completion towards late November this year.

We are currently expecting to be able to release prices and lots for sale towards the end of September.
We’ve had a high number of interested parties registering on our Priority List. If you are receiving these emails, you’ll be the first to be notified when pricing is released and lots will be available for purchase.
We are anticipating a high level of competition to secure a lot at Highgrove Estate. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that you have both your first and second lot preference decided. Priority will also be given to cash buyers and those with their finance pre-approval already in place.
