Construction is progressing well, with civil construction works continuing as per the programme. We remain on schedule for completion towards late November this year.

With all the main retaining walls complete and lot levels nearly set, the views to the wetlands and the Darling Range beyond must be seen to be appreciated.

Sales Update

As previously advised we were expecting to release prices at the end of September. However with school holidays starting we thought everybody should be spending quality time with their families instead of worrying about securing their dream block at Highgrove.

Prices and lots for sale will be released to everybody on the priority list once school resumes next term. So enjoy the holidays with the kids!

We are anticipating a high level of competition to secure a lot at Highgrove Estate. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that you have both your first and second lot preference decided. Priority will also be given to cash buyers and those with their finance pre-approval already in place.
